AnswerConsuming intoxicating addictive substances can cause harm to our health. Tobacco, smoking, cigarettes, consuming alcohol are bad addictive habits. Some of these are also cause cancer of various organs and disturb functioning of body. Therefore, intoxicating Substances should not be consumed.

2. An iron article should be given a coat of paint.

Answer - An iron article rusts naturally which is called corrosion. Corrosion takes place due to oxygen, moisture, vapours of chemicals in the air. Corrosion makes articles weak and unusable. Therefore, to prevent iron articles from contact of air, moisture and other chemicals and keep in good condition, it should be given a coat of paint.

1. How are the cells protected?

Answer- The plasma membrane does not allow the unwanted cells to enter in the cells. The cell wall of the plant cell also protects the cells. Some protective proteins acts against the harmful microbes. In this way the cells are protected.

2. which are the different types of micro-organisms.

Answer- Bacteria, virus, fungi, algae and protozoan are the different types of micro-organisms.

3. Name the different types of teeth.

Answer- There are main four types of teeth. These are incisors, canines, premolars and molars.
